Changes

  • migrate to latest Ruby (3.4.2) from original 3.1.3 (EOL, currently unsupported)
  • add Gemfile.lock for stable dependency resolution (that way locally and on CI it resolves the same)
  • add faraday-retry gem to Gemfile to fix warning
  • upgrade scripts to be Ruby 3.4.2 compatible

Context

  • trying to make Ruby and its dependencies well maintained
  • if you need help with Ruby scripts, I'm happy to volunteer, just ping me
  • to keep dependencies updated I can also setup dependabot
